Intro To CrossFit Class
Kick the new year off by joining our Intro to CrossFit class. Going through the Defiance West Intro Class allows you to learn the basic movements we use in the gym. You will learn the major concepts of what we do and why we do it, and you will learn the Foundational Movements of CrossFit.
-We are looking for a 6 week commitment.
-Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 am or 5:30 pm.
-Class will be an hour or less and includes guidance from our coaches who lead you through warm-up, movement assessment, skill development, workout design, and cool down.
What you get:
-18 classes with other beginners like yourself
-More hands-on learning in a smaller group (classes capped at 8)
-Weekly nutrition guidance and challenges
-The foundations and basics of CrossFit that will allow you to seamlessly transition into our regular classes
Classes start Monday, January 6th.
