Group CrossFit Classes
Classes are designed for all fitness levels. You will be lead by a trainer through the full hour class including the warm up, skill work, strength session, conditioning, and mobility work.
Our classes incorporate various fitness methodologies including running, rowing, gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, and more. We train for overall fitness by focusing on developing strength and endurance at the same time. Balanced fitness includes being able to move for long periods of time but also moving heavy loads.
For people that have specific training goals and want a personalized program, personal training is the way to go. We will work with you in a one-on-one setting and develop a program based on your fitness goals- whether it be weight loss, athletic performance or anywhere in between.
