What's Your Excuse?

Too busy to exercise? Wish you had all the time that the people that go to the gym have...stop making excuses, they don't have time either. At our gym we have classes was early as 5:30 am and as late as 6:45 pm, and most you can make on of those. If that is not possible there are other gyms with even earlier and later hours and then there is always the beautiful outdoors. I can tell you from experience every person that walks through the doors of our gym doesn’t have time. We have mothers, fathers, business owners, teachers, nurses, and more that are too busy to come to the gym but they make it a priority in their life.

I know some of you are give so much of yourself to others that you feel you don’t have time in your day to fit in exercise. I am telling you right now to take the time, an hour a day, even 30 minutes a day, you need time for yourself so you can keep giving as much as you already do.

Your health is one of the most important things you can put your time into. Unfortunately, for many it is not valued as it should be, I think this improving but as a whole we have long ways to go. Don’t be another statistic, if you don’t take care of your body now you will not be able to do the things you want to do in the future.

Invest in yourself, invest in your health and make time for you. We have members that have to put the gym on their schedule, put it down as a meeting, whatever it takes to get you to take care of yourself. Often putting time in areas that have a positive impact on our life will impact other areas and make us better there too. No more excuses, get started today!
