August Athlete of the Month
Congratulations to Aaron Masimer for being the August Athlete of the Month. Aaron consistently pushes himself to get better in the gym and makes the gym a better place when he is there. We feel very fortunate to have him at our gym.
Please tell us about yourself.
I am a husband to a lovely gal named Becky. A dad to three amazing daughters, Eva, Nora, and Layney. I love genuine relationships, taking a peaceful approach to life and achieving goals. I really enjoy skinning/ skiing hiking and working out at Defiance West. Oh and my back porch.
When did you become a member at Defiance West?
I became a member in Sept 2016.
What made you join Defiance West and why do you do it now?
I was encouraged by a couple friends, peer pressure. I do it now because I love it.
What were your thoughts after your first workout?
